PRICES AND DISCOUNTS:

• All prices are subject to discounts!
  • 04-05 - 30-06 = 80,00 €
  • 01-07 - 06-09 = 125,00 €
  • 07-09 - 28-09 = 100,00 €
• Please contact us for the exact price for your desired dates.

ABOUT PRICES:

• All prices are in €/night for the full apartment.
• Prices include all taxes and fees, private parking, WiFi internet, air conditioner, barbeque - we will even give you free coal for it as well :)
• We do not charge any extras for your perfect vacation in Cesarica, Croatia.

PAYMENT AND REFUND:

• Payment for reservations can be made by bank transfer or by credit cards (PayPal).
• Non-refundable: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT - CAUTION:

• Upon your arrival, you will need to leave 150€ in cash for deposit/caution.
• 150€ deposit/caution is returned before you leave if there is no damage to the property.

HOUSE RULES:

• The minimum length of stay is 7 nights (can be negotiated).
• Check-in: 16:00h - 18:00h.
• Check-out: 09:00h - 10:00h.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 08:00.
• Pets are not allowed.

CHILDREN AND BEDS:

• Children of any age are welcome.
• Children 0 - 2 years can use a free cot upon request (must be confirmed before booking).
• There is no capacity for extra beds in our apartments.
• The maximum number of cots in the apartment is one.
• All cots are subject to availability.
