Dining room/kitchen has a big sofa bed for additional 2 people (up to 190*140cm), flat-screen WiFi Android TV (with cable TV, Youtube, Netflix, radio), dining table with 4 chairs, full-size oven + full-size stew, big refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, iron + ironing board, board games and playing cards. Also in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, there is everything needed for preparing meals and enjoying in them + 6 types of cups and glasses. In this room, there is also an entrance door to the apartment (from the terrace) and a big window with blinds.

30m² big terrace is the main part of this apartment, it is absolutely private and used only by this apartment. From the terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Adriatic, local beach and Cesarica city center (terrace is around 100m above the shore). On terrace you can use the private outdoor shower, 2* wooden sunbed, seating/eating area, sunshade, barbecue, a rack for drying clothes and of course for your convenience there is a power outlet and night light. If needed entrance to the terrace could be locked on entry so your children can play the whole day without you worrying about them.

Free parking for your car is private and just next to your sleeping room window.
